**Your Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with implementing all digital and traditional marketing campaign's
- Schedule and publish approved social media content on a daily basis across all platforms - including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, then Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Community management on a daily basis across all social media channels
- Develop and implement an in-depth understanding of our client's unique brand voice and championing its roll-out across a range of placements
- Assist with production of all content creation - including but not limited to e commerce and flat lay photoshoots, campaign shoots, boutique generated content for all brand channels
- Assist in the development of exclusive social media creative content for across all platforms
- Assisting with ongoing analysis of content performance, recommendations for further optimisation and reporting
- Degree or relevant qualification
- 2-3 years’ experience in communications, content marketing or another related field and for many different channels/formats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a curiosity around what works and why.
- A strong eye for detail, comprehensive editing skills and an ability to write to tone.
- Experience in developing and implementing a strategic communication plan.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of emerging social media platforms
- Demonstrates clear decision making with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in all areas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high workloads, tight deadlines and competing priorities with professionalism
- Ability to identify, prioritize and deliver high impact initiatives
- Establishes effective relationships with all colleagues in a positive can-do environment
- Company focused at all times
Prior to commencing employment in this position, you will need to provide two references, full working rights and complete police check.
