Repairs will include basic carpentry and plumbing, fixtures and fittings (adjusting, replacing) and painting - Liaise with the Front Office team to log and complete maintenance tasks related to accommodation rooms and Hotel public areas. - Build a strong and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders in the business, including guests and team members - Ensure cost control measures are implemented and all administration duties are completed in a timely manner - Ensure company standards, systems and procedures are being implemented and maintained **ABOUT YOU**: - Positive and optimistic attitude - "we can do anything" approach - Experience with fixing day to day things - lights, taps, paint etc. - Logical approach to problem solving - Ability to understand what the customer sees - and ensure our property is always kept to the highest standard - Ability to work with teams, and communicate clearly and in time - Knowledge and experience working with large plant (boiler, chiller) - Knowledge of a trade beneficial - Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice highly regarded - Strong communication skills **ABOUT US**: **Cleveland Winery Macedon Ranges** Situated in the historic country township of Lancefield, discover the best of the Macedon Ranges region at Cleveland Winery.
