We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Handyman to join a well-established company located in Port Melbourne. This is a part time, permanent position that offers stability and growth potential.

**Hours**:
9am-5pm (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lighting repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- door hardware replacement
- Cupboards - re hanging, tightening screws
- Painting
- Basic carpentry
- Small tile repairs and grouting
- Fixing sealant in showers and wet areas
- Plastering
- Basic gardening and external property cleaning
- Assisting in the moving of appliances and furniture
- Clean and tidy after work is completed

Work will be around Melbourne CBD and Inner Suburbs of Melbourne.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Be able to work unsupervised and solve problems
- Show initiative to complete tasks to a high standard and within timeframes
- Have good communication skills
- Maintain time log for correct on charging
- Be willing to travel to various sites
- Current Australian driver's licence required
- Computer proficiency for maintenance logs

Company vehicle and mobile phone supplied
