Jetpets is looking for **2 Full-Time Consultants**. 1 within our Sales Team and 1 within our Administration Team. These positions are 9am-5pm shifts Monday to Friday with no weekend work required.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:
This role has **w*_**orking from home*_ opportunities and is based at our Tullamarine location.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in travel, account management or logistics management and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
- Operational customer service experience with the ability to achieve targets
- A willingness and confidence to speak to customers on the phone
- A professional and customer service-orientated communication style, both written and verbal
- Exceptional objection handling and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Some geographical awareness and knowledge of Australia and overseas destinations - training supplied.
- Some basic understanding of pet breeds - training supplied.
- Experience with a sales background - required for the sales position.
- Keyboard literacy and proficiency in MS Office / CRM systems

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tullamarine, VIC 3043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
