**What You’ll Do**:

- Identify, manage and provide reports on competitive performance studies, feature/benefit comparisons and maintenance and repair cost analysis.
- Provide significant input to SWL (910-938) Product Group and NPI team(s) for next generation product development activities.
- Provide significant input to STTT Product Group and NPI team(s) for next generation product development activities.
- Provide significant input to BHL Product Group and NPI team(s) for next generation product development activities.
- Assist in defining and placing value on new product features, functional and technical specifications, and general product requirements.
- Provide BHL/SWL/STTT Product Group with industry-specific trends based on customers’ operational data and benchmarking.
- Respond and/or action dealer requests and product queries in a timely manner.
- Support in territory trade shows, being the face of Caterpillar representing BCP CORE Products.
- You will be responsible for arranging transportation for all BCP CORE products in relation to Expos, Training and competitive rental machines.
- You will manage the BCP CORE Loan account where applicable for regional requirements, assuring new machines are ordered and correctly configured as well as managing the sale and disposal of existing units

- ** Value Selling**: Ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Job-related experience within an engineering, product group, industry, product marketing or sales support background.
- A broad knowledge and understanding of Caterpillar products, commercial strategies, dealer operations and capabilities.
- Language skills will be a bonus.
- Experience interacting with Caterpillar’s dealer network either in an industry or product support capacity.

**Additional Details**:
Up to 30% travel will be expected for this role (domestic and international)
