**About the Opportunity**

This is achieved through Leadership of multiple Product Teams that develop and implement a portfolio of software systems and solutions for Winery & Production Operations and supporting the growth of the Pinnacle business.

In addition to overseeing multiple projects, the Head of Technology will maintain team budgets, ensure appropriate staffing levels, and that the workforce is properly skilled and equipped to meet the changing demands of the different business units and systems that are supported. As the businesses' technology partner, you will position the role as an integral part of the business director/senior management team. Developing effective working relationships, influencing and challenging the development and delivery of the business strategy and how it can be led and improved through innovative technology solutions.
- Develop and manage business relationships with key senior stakeholders. Partnering with the business to ensure that their technology requirements are met including providing technology thought leadership and appropriate industry leading practices.
- Ensure a collaborative and integrated model is embedded, work closely with all technology teams, and ensure rapid release of products and services
- Horizontal leadership through building strong relationships across the Endeavour Technology team and Woolworths Group (as appropriate)
- Day to day high level operations of the Pinnacle & Direct unique systems and solutions (Wine Operations, Websites)
- Technology Lifecycle Management, including developing the technology strategy and roadmap for Pinnacle & Direct. Responsible for the design implementation, and execution of the Pinnacle & Direct long term technology strategies and accountable for execution of short-term tactical initiatives in support of the overall vision
- End to end delivery of Technology Projects and Enhancements within the domain, including scope, cost and time.
- Perform reviews of deliverables to ensure project standards, documentation, budget tracking, reporting, and governance are consistent across the group and meet the needs of stakeholders
- Improve the efficiency of the functional area over time through managing an optimal level of the total cost of ownership
- Cultivate and maintain a high-performance team to deliver solutions that meet the needs of customers and the business, including partnering with People and Culture for talent management.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Extensive IT delivery management experience in manufacturing, sales, warehousing and working with end-to-end complex and high-value projects
- Previous implementation and support experience in Dynamics 365, CRM and Power Platform Solutions
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology, disciplines and procedures, and evidence, or ability, to help/guide others on processes
- Practical evidence of working and managing Agile delivery Team
- Experience working and using Agile tools (AzureDevOps preferable)
- Implementation of data management platforms and tools,
- Appreciation of Cyber security and data governance requirements for IT solutions
- ERP experience - MRP, Scheduling, Warehousing highly favourable
- Sound understanding of manufacturing systems including Quality and SCADA systems.
- Experience with managing SaaS Vendors and Platforms
- Ability to lead different types of teams, guide projects, overcome hurdles, and deliver integrated change.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and issue resolution skills
- Stakeholder and relationship management (effective relationship building skills)
- Negotiating, influencing and conflict resolution skills
- Business acumen, including the ability to understand business implications of technology solutions
- Technology Lifecycle Management skills
