**About the Role**
- Melbourne office._

Our Engage platform allows our clients to win new business in the property market through beautiful and personalised proposals.

As a Brand Delivery Partner for the product and under the wing of an experienced Solutions Leader, you will be an important pillar in the onboarding of new real estate agency clients to our Engage platform. Responsible for all template design, configuration and production of their branding on the platform, you will navigate everything from new design briefs, changes and rebrands of their marketing content, to pricelist updates that require project managing to completion.
- Sitting within a close-knit team and 50/50 work from home, this is a unique opportunity to be front and centre within the Customer Experience team and help shape the success of a 3-year old product that is currently in a high growth phase._
- You will plug into a highly collaborative team culture, with opportunities to shape your future across the wider Domain ecosystem into areas such as support, implementations, sales or team leadership._

**In a typical day you can expect to**:

- Work closely with other CX Partners to ensure prompt and effective onboarding / design support to our customer base of Real Estate agency clients.
- Accurately scoping client requirements and referencing customer brand guidelines and playbooks.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Customer Solutions, Template Production and Creative teams to ensure artwork related tasks are actioned within agreed timeframes.
- Identify and raise opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer experience to the Solutions Leader, based on customer feedback.
- Support customers beyond the onboarding phase with complex design and account configuration requests.
- Triaging any urgent and straightforward requests and relaying to offshore support team - e.g. offline artwork changes, order updates and simple template changes.

**Our Ideal Person**:
ESSENTIAL**:

- Proven experience within customer service / customer success within a corporate environment.
- Experience articulating customer requirements to internal teams.
- Project management mindset to see a piece of work through to completion.

BONUS POINTS**:

- Experience within Marketing, Creative or Project Management field (highly preferred).
- Experience within Real Estate or Saas sector preferred.
- Prior systems experience with Figma, Monday or Fresh Desk.
