In the role of **Consultant, Brand Campaign Delivery**, you will join the **Group Marketing Team** that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Leading and supporting the team in delivering world class brand communications (creative and media) that are planned in order to achieve our objectives, to connect with customers and build the NAB Brand
- Work closely with other consultants on the team, across the business and with our agency partners to manage the delivery of brand campaign activity - from creative reviews, to production, to implementation and optimisations post launch.
- Support the strategic development, planning and program delivery of the brand and sponsorship communications plan ensuring a sustainable, differentiated and relevant brand position for our customers and for our people.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the strong delivery of our strategy via large scale integrated brand and sponsorship campaigns in market to our customers and embedding of the brand internally.
- Advise and consult to the NAB marketing team and stakeholders to enable consistency and alignment with our brand strategy.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and delivery of our external and internal brand communications.
- Help drive strong Agency and partner relationships.

**We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- 5+ years’ experience in brand management and marketing
- Tertiary educated with a qualification in marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent project management skills, including stakeholder engagement and management
- Sound quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques
- Ability to explain creative ideas to a non-technical audience, and interpret feedback in order to gain broad-based support from stakeholders
- Creative and lateral thinker. Commercial acumen
- Good creative judgement and experience in agency management
- Experience working with media agencies in planning and implementing integrated media plans
- Good understanding of the importance and purpose of brand and sponsorship - as well as the drivers of brand performance
