Located circa one hour south-east of Adelaide, The Bend Motorsport Park is an international award winning, state-of-the-art, world class motorsport facility, offering major spectator events, adrenaline filled experiences and unique accommodation. The Bend now seeks its inaugural CEO.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Sam Shahin and working closely with the established Management Team, this exciting new position will take responsibility for:

- refining business strategy and building the business development function;
- leading, developing and motivating the dedicated staff of around 40 to ensure a positive culture and an outstanding customer experience;
- delivering ongoing operating and financial efficiencies and performance improvements;
- maintaining and enhancing productive relationships with a diverse range of key stakeholders;
- cementing and championing The Bend as a top tier, must see SA destination for both corporate and private clients.

This position will suit an appropriately qualified, ambitious, hard working and driven executive who can demonstrate a successful track record of leadership in a comparably dynamic business and has an unwavering and laser focus on excellence. An understanding of and commitment to the high standards of this privately owned business will be a distinct advantage. Amongst the higher level leadership skills sought are anticipation, positivity, resilience, commercial and political acumen, innovative thinking, diplomacy, credibility, authenticity, proactivity, vision, strong influencing and advocacy capabilities, and the highest energy. Supreme verbal and written skills are also critical.
