About The Role:
Are you a passionate ER professional ready to influence positive workplace culture and outcomes? Join our dynamic People and Culture team and become a trusted advisor in a purpose-driven organisation committed to empowering people to live their best lives.

As our new Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll partner with leaders across the organisation to manage complex ER/IR matters with confidence and care. From case management and investigations to engaging with external parties including unions, you’ll play a critical role in shaping a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing expert advice on employment and industrial relations matters
- Supporting and coaching leaders through performance, grievance and disciplinary processes
- Managing complex investigations and external claims
- Contributing to enterprise bargaining and union negotiations
- Designing and delivering ER education workshops
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and ensuring compliance
- Analysing ER data to identify trends and drive improvement

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, HR, IR/ER or related field
- In-depth knowledge of Federal and State employment legislation
- Strong experience in case management, dispute resolution, and enterprise agreements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to lead and coach team members effectively
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
