Less tax = more take home pay for you - In addition to your tax-free benefit, you can also use up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc.) - An Employee Assistance Program - a free and confidential counselling service available to all staff and their family members - Discounts on Corporate Private Health Insurance Plans, whitegoods and appliances - Paid Parental Leave and Salary Continuance - Free flu vaccinations - Onsite café, onsite parking (where available) and close to public transport **A little bit about the role**: As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for an **Employee Relations Specialist** - Providing specialised expert industrial relations advice through identifying key industrial relations risks, opportunities and challenges. - Ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and promote a commercially sustainable organisation. - Supporting the Business Partnering team with day to day case management advice, support and strategies. - Ensuring that HR systems and policies are in line with Government regulations. - Representing the organisation as required with industrial organisations, including Fair Work Commission, Equal Opportunity Commission and other bodies. - Assisting with enterprise bargaining, advocacy and negotiations with unions and other external bodies. **What will you bring**: - Experience in a senior industrial relations position leading complex change. - Relevant tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, employment law, human resources or a related field. - Experience in managing complex employee relations and industrial relations matters across a range of industries. - Thorough working knowledge of Federal and State employment legislation. - Experience working in large, complex organisation (desired). - Significant experience across a range of industrial bodies in the areas of employment legislation, industrial frameworks and awards. - Highly developed presentation and influencing skills. **How you can apply** Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation and should you be successful, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check.** If this is the opportunity for you, click ‘Apply’ below; we look forward to hearing from you **_ "We are a 2021 Circle Back Initiative Employer, and we commit to respond to every applicant"_
