**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for an **Employee Relations Specialist**
- Providing specialised expert industrial relations advice through identifying key industrial relations risks, opportunities and challenges.
- Ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and promote a commercially sustainable organisation.
- Supporting the Business Partnering team with day to day case management advice, support and strategies.
- Ensuring that HR systems and policies are in line with Government regulations.
- Representing the organisation as required with industrial organisations, including Fair Work Commission, Equal Opportunity Commission and other bodies.
- Assisting with enterprise bargaining, advocacy and negotiations with unions and other external bodies.
**What will you bring**:
- Experience in a industrial relations position working in a high volume case management environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, employment law, human resources or a related field with relevant experience.
- Experience in managing complex employee relations and industrial relations matters across a range of industries.
- Thorough working knowledge of Federal and State employment legislation.
- Experience working in large, complex organisation (desired).
- Significant experience across a range of industrial bodies in the areas of employment legislation, industrial frameworks and awards.
- Highly developed presentation and influencing skills.
