Our client is a well know telecommunications services company based Nationally. They currently have a need for an experienced Project Coordinator / Administrators who has previously worked on large scale Construction or Telecommunication deployment projects.

Immediate starts available.

**Key responsibilities**
- Reporting around work scheduling and planning
- Communication with internal stakeholders around changes and developments to schedule
- Administration duties potentially including collection of work completion data, infield training and assessment data
- General project admin duties
- Co-ordinate Site access
- Co-ordinate follow up on 3rd party deliveries
- Project invoices & finance
- Assist with the development and management of project timelines for all assigned projects
- Assist Project Managers in project forecasting and project implementation management in EWOS (Equipment Management Tool)
- Help organise equipment forecasting and procurement
- Assist the Project Scheduler and Project Managers to:

- Participate in meetings with internal departments
- Preparation of Internal and External Reports as required
- Participate in PMO Process and Systems implementation
- Billings and project finances

**Experience & qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in Construction or Telecommunication space
- Excellent Administrative and communication skills
- Experience in Project Scheduling, planning, invoices and Finance
