**About the Opportunity**

As **Digital Health Analyst** of our Willow team within SDPR, you will help make a real difference in healthcare by supporting the design and implementation of digital solutions that improve pharmacy and medication management across NSW Health.

In this role, you will:

- **Apply** clinical and pharmacy knowledge to configure and improve digital medication management workflows
- **Support** the design, documentation, and implementation of Epic Willow configurations, including medication catalogue and dispensing logic
- **Collaborate** with project leads and stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure effective solution delivery
- **Assist** in preparing user and technical documentation, including supporting user acceptance testing and training activities
- **Contribute** to process improvement by leveraging business analyst and project coordination skills

**About you**

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in **medication management**, pharmacy workflows, or clinical terminology and catalogue build
- Holds tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or Health Information Management) or has extensive public health care experience
- Brings an understanding of digital health systems and the ability to bridge clinical needs with IT solutions
- Can confidently support stakeholders in identifying, documenting, and implementing best practice workflows
- Has business analyst and/or project coordination experience
