- Fixed-term role, 9 - 12 months (parental leave cover), based at our West Perth office
- 8FTE - work across 4 or 5 days, let us know your preference

**About the role**:

- Partnering with our hiring managers to fill vacancies with quality new starters
- Using innovative sourcing methods for critical roles and talent pooling for future needs
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment, including job briefs, advertising, phone screens, interviews, strict pre-employment compliance requirements, issuing contracts and onboarding
- Supporting project initiatives and the evolution of our recruitment strategy

You enjoy the buzz of a varied role and working with high volumes. Our industry is rewarding, no day is ever the same and this appeals to you too. You will bring:

- Previous experience in internal recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
- A continuous improvement mindset and customer-centric focus
- The ability to influence positive recruitment outcomes and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or a related field
- Willing to obtain a national police clearance and relevant vaccinations
