We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People and Transformation team. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team. Your work will help us deliver excellent service to our internal customers and candidates, ensuring every interaction is genuine and respectful.

  • Fixed-term role, months (parental leave cover), based at our West Perth office
  • 8FTE - work across 4 or 5 days, let us know your preference
  • Flexible working arrangements, including working from home

About the role:

  • Partnering with our hiring managers to fill vacancies with quality new starters
  • Using innovative sourcing methods for critical roles and talent pooling for future needs
  • Leverage our systems and technology to deliver a best-practice experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment, including job briefs, advertising, phone screens, interviews, strict pre-employment compliance requirements, issuing contracts and onboarding
  • Provide a high-quality, compassionate candidate experience through-out the recruitment process
  • Supporting project initiatives and the evolution of our recruitment strategy

About you:
You enjoy the buzz of a varied role and working with high volumes. Our industry is rewarding, no day is ever the same and this appeals to you too. You will bring:

  • Previous experience in internal recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
  • A continuous improvement mindset and customer-centric focus
  • The ability to influence positive recruitment outcomes and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or a related field
  • Willing to obtain a national police clearance and relevant vaccinations
