Urban Xtreme Brisbane’s No.1 Adventure Sports Park is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hendra, Brisbane. We are passionate about safety and are seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist us in keeping our park maintained, safe and operational. We are a community owned, and family operated adventure sports and active entertainment company. This person will work closely with the operation and management teams to execute key auditing and preventative maintenance strategies for Urban Xtreme. If you have been looking for a role that excites you, challenges you to be better and supports your growththen Urban Xtreme could be right for you

**What you will be doing**
- You will be responsible for competing safety audits on all activities, fixes to activities, equipment and ensuring that facilities are safe, tidy, and functional.
- General handyman works including, but not limited to, general repairs, globe replacements, painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical etc
- Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance works
- You will be the 'go-to' person, so a positive attitude and ability to prioritize is a must
- Full time
- Negotiable which days and hours you work.

**What we would love to see in you**
- You have experience and solid technical knowledge and possess manual dexterity
- You are reliable with a keen eye for detail and can produce high-quality work to trade standard
- Test and Tag qualifications are desirable
- Must have an eye for detail
- You are self-motivated to work alone but have a professional attitude and are excellent at communicating with the team
- Punctual, well presented and a proactive 'can do' attitude
- You are flexible and are willing to participate in afterhours callouts
- You can plan and manage your schedule
- You have a current driver’s license and access to own transport
