As a production start up coordinator you'll be at the heart of our operations managing a small team in our High Care vegetables cutting room facility.

**What will I contribute?**
- Supervise employee room activities to achieve on-time production according to the production schedule in the most cost-efficient way
- Plan workload and schedule resources to achieve weekly targets on time, in full, and accurately
- Monitor quality requirements in terms of product, labeling, and packaging to achieve company and customer requirements
- Promote and implement work health and safety guidelines across the team
- Maintain a safe working environment by assessing and reporting defective equipment to the maintenance team
- Promote and implement company hygiene policy
- Advocate for a high-performing team by managing team's reliability, providing clear communication, and day-to-day output

**What do I need for the role?**
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams to deliver outcomes
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated communication capability, both written and oral
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to provide guidance and instruction to workers to achieve production outcomes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
