**POSITION OUTLINE**

As the Production Team Leader, you will work at our Dairy milk processing facility in Sydney and be responsible for production of milk bottling and High Pressure Pasteurisation of milk products.

This involves hands-on production of equipment, coordinating a team of three to five people, driving forklifts, and assisting with order fulfillment and preparation.

Made By Cow is in a critical growth phase, providing excellent opportunity for growth and development within the company.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the production team on dayshift for milk bottling and HPP processing
- Manage production workers for daily tasks, daily targets and coordinate meal breaks,
- Provide hands-on production work in HPP and other areas of production as required.
- Lead collation of sales orders, printing freight paperwork, and ensuring finished goods are ready for despatch on time
- Assist with quality checks, stock takes, delivery times, and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints from production teams
- Drive the forklift to replenish production material and load/unload trucks
- Report frequently to Production Manager on production progress through the day
- Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations

**Salary**: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
