We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven ability to manage and scale digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google. If you’re passionate about driving performance, optimizing for cost-per-conversion, and understand the intricacies of local area marketing, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Manage and scale advertising budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while keeping cost-per-conversion in check.
- Implement local area marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and online conversions in specific regions.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, making real-time adjustments to campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content tailored to platform-specific audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage and scale digital marketing budgets.
- Strong understanding of cost-per-conversion and ROAS optimization.
- Experience with local area marketing and geo-targeted campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for driving results.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
