**Payroll Officer - Arts - Circular Quay**

**Company Background**

Our client is a big name within Australia’s Arts industry with global acclaim. They provide a range of entertainment-based services, events, and education.

They are growing significantly and have created a new role within their team to manage the payroll function. They are collaborative and close-knit and seeking someone like-minded to join them and add value to the team and business.

**The Role**

As the Payroll Officer you will focus on:

- Managing fortnightly payroll - split between salaried and casual staff (between 70-100)
- Entering timesheets and data into the system
- Award interpretation
- Processing starters, terminations, and leave calculations

**Your Background**

To become a valued and integral member of the team, you will have the following skills and attributes:

- **1 week or less notice**:

- **Prior experience handling end-to-end payroll (small-mid size)**:

- Knowledge of casual awards and EBA
- Strong communicator
- ADP experience is preferred but not essential
- Passion for and within the Arts industry is highly regarded
