ClockOn is used by a wide range of industries all over Australia providing employers and employees with an integrated Rostering, Time and Attendance and Payroll solution as well as our full-service Outsourced Payroll option.

**What is the Role?**

You will be part of the Outsourced Payroll team, responsible for processing payrolls and communicating with customers, both new and existing as part of a team.
- You will be processing the payroll end to end providing high level of customer service.
- You will be trained in the complete usage of the ClockOn suite of products.
- Once trained you will be responsible for communicating with the customers directly on their payroll processing from end to end, manage customer expectations and deliver consistent outcomes.
- On boarding of new clients

**What will you be expected to do?**
- creating files for new employees to record payroll data
- maintaining and updating files for existing employees to record information such as employee contact details, leave taken, overtime, promotions, transfers, tax deductions, health insurance payments and superannuation
- preparing payroll data from time sheets and other payroll and personnel records
- issuing and recording adjustments to employees' pay
- interpreting various awards
- finalising files and arrangements when employees retire, resign or transfer
- may be in involved in maintaining superannuation and other deduction and contribution records
- End-of-Financial-Year processing and reporting
- Provide support to our implementation and product support team when required

**Job description**
- Has some exposure to Payroll or Bookkeeping
- Has processed or assisted in processing Payroll
- Has been involved in customer on boarding
- Takes responsibility for their work and can show how they have delivered tasks on time
- Has the ability to manage competing priorities and customer expectations with attention to detail
- Has the ability to work in an effective and collaborative manner with customer and ClockOn team members
- Can provide personable communication skills to ensure positive outcomes, relating to customers' requests and concerns at a senior level
- Has an understanding of Awards and EBA’s and the interpretation of them.
- Running reports and reconciliation

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
