**About the Contract**

**Ventia **is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients are the owners and operators of assets that are critical to our local communities. Ventia has been awarded a new water contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentational services across the Seqwater network.**Ventia **will provide service excellence across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.**What We Offer You**:

**About the Role**

**Ventia’s Payroll Officer** will ensure the accurate payment of wages to employees, in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements, legislation, industrial instruments and organisational policies.**Key Responsibilities**
- **Provide payroll and statutory end to end activities to ensure the accurate and timely payment of wages to employees**:

- **Review, investigate, and calculate wage related discrepancies, reporting, customer requests, payroll audit reports**:

- **Accurately prepare reports as required under statutory and reporting obligations, business corporate reporting, budgeting or other as requested.**:

- **Superannuation calculations and timely reconciliation and remittance of funds**

**About You**
- Experience managing payroll for a large blue-collar workforce
- Experience in SAP, Microsoft suite and payrolling systems
- Sound knowledge of statutory requirements, wage rates and enterprise agreements
- Excellent time management & attention to detail skills
- C Class drivers licence (Advantageous)
