**What your day to day looks like**:

- Maintain site records, including daily machine hours, receipt purchase orders, create back charges documents, and fuel usage.
- Timesheet Entry for employees and subcontractors
- Maintaining and scheduling rosters
- Raise and receipt purchase orders, including cross referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts.
- Costing and invoicing of jobs - Create breakdowns and quotes.
- Maintaining training records and assisting in the booking of training and inductions
- Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork and accommodation
- Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required

**What we need from you**:

- Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role
- At least 2 years’ experience as a **Site Administrator or as Maintenance Administrator**:

- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
- Must have full working rights within Australian and a valid and current Australia Drivers Licence
