**About the role**

Our business is growing and so is our team, we are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join the businesses Asset Management Group (AMG) corporate team in the newly built, world class, Osborne Park office space.

**Role Accountabilities**
- Develop and administrate Maintenance Plans and Master Data in the Pronto Business Computerised Maintenance Management System
- Review maintenance plans planned vs actual results to continuously improve maintenance plans and accuracy
- Undertake other maintenance planning and scheduling duties on our remote mine sites when required to provide business continuity
- Review daily, weekly business KPI and BI reports and advertise improvements
- Identify changes in scopes of work, ensure planning measures are taken with internal and external processes and stakeholders to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities
- Assist in the development of maintenance systems, standards, processes and procedures to standardise and optimise on maintenance work management across all our mining sites
- Provide coaching and mentoring to site planners and schedulers to increase their effective use of our maintenance management systems, processes and procedures

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous Mobile Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Maintenance Master Data experience
- Previous mining experience
- Relevant trade qualification highly desirable
- Experience with Pronto, Obzervr, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project or similar maintenance systems and Digital Work Orders
- Advanced problem solving skills
