Tim Davies Landscaping (TDL)** **are a leading residential and commercial landscape company in Western Australia that has been in the business for nearly 40 years. they have designed, constructed and maintained many of Western Australia’s most iconic gardens. Based on an all-inclusive design, construct and maintenance model, the business has been growing and evolving which has continued to strengthen their unique brand.

TDL now employs over 130 people on projects in Perth and the South West. With a varied workforce, TDL operate across a range of sectors of the landscaping industry as a market leader.

**THE ROLE**

Due to the continual growth of the business, TDL is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their Finance Department in the full-time role of Accounts Assistant. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this newly created position will assist all functions of the Finance department.

TDL are seeking enthusiastic individual, with an aptitude for numeracy and enthusiastic approach to learning, delivered via a traineeship model completing either a Certificate III in Finance or Business.

**The key responsibilities of this position include**:

- Assist with Accounts Payable invoices and processing tasks.
- Assist with fortnightly Payroll processing of 130 employees.
- Oversee fuel cards and other supply cards for the business.
- Manage uniform stock.
- Assist Assistance Accountant with accounts receivable tasks.
- General administrative tasks for the department such as filing and journal postings.
- Answer overflow calls from reception; and
- General administrative tasks for the building the Finance team works out of.

**What TDL is looking **for**:

- Proven numeracy skills during high school education.
- Experience working with a range of software and the MS Suite would be highly desirable. At a minimum, well developed computer skills are required.
- Enthusiastic team player, who thrives in an environment where their support assists others.
- Eager to learn and grow skill set and committed to on-the-job training opportunities.
- Takes instruction well.
- Organised and refined prioritising skills.
- Takes pride in work with a high attention to detail.
- Developed positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working in an open office.
