As Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for the administration, development and delivery of all maintenance planning, master-data, material (purchasing, kitting, and staging) and scheduling for the site mobile plant, equipment, and infrastructure. This role will be on an 5:2 roster based out of our Perth head office.

**The role**
- Constructive Communication With Perth & Project Maintenance Leadership & Stores Personnel
- Asset Availability - Minimising Downtime & Costs Facilitating Maximum Production Compliant To Project Objectives
- Develop detailed work packs with work instructions and quality control
- Reserve, purchase, track, and stage materials required.
- Ensure that Safety is incorporated into planned and scheduled work orders.
- Maintain equipment life cycle history in the maintenance systems for all tasks.
- Develop medium
- and long-term forecasts and align preventative maintenance activities
- Contribute to the review, development and implementation of systems,
- Contribute to the preparation of the operating and capital budgets.
- Produce weekly Maintenance Management KPI performance graphs.
- Prepare and analyse planning forward status, shutdown readiness and mobilisation and report back weekly
- Conduct post shutdown meetings and action any outcomes

**What will I bring to the team?**
- +5 Years of planning and scheduling experience in mining industry
- Able to plan multiple activities for remote areas with knowledge of logístical issues.
- A proactive approach with outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of maintenance planning philosophies.
- Tertiary qualification (Certificate / Graduate Diploma in Maintenance Management)
- CMMS programs, such as PRONTO, SAP and or AMT
