**Job Title: Student Support Admissions Officer**

**Position Summary**:
The Student Support Admissions Officer plays a critical role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring a supportive and informative experience. This position combines outreach, counseling, and administrative responsibilities to assist students in making informed decisions about their educational pathways.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Admissions Counseling**: Provide personalized support to prospective students and their families, addressing inquiries about programs, admissions requirements, and campus resources.
- **Outreach Activities**: Participate in recruitment events, college visits, and community outreach initiatives to promote the institution and attract diverse student populations.
- **Workshops and Information Sessions**: Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and information sessions to educate prospective students about the admissions process and available resources.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with academic departments, financial aid, and student services to facilitate a seamless admissions experience.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Gather feedback from prospective students to enhance the admissions process and student support services.
- **Advising**: Offer guidance on financial aid, scholarships, and other support services available to students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in higher education admissions or student services preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion in higher education.

**Work Environment**:
This position may involve evening and weekend hours during peak recruitment seasons. Some travel may be required for outreach events.
