ACIC's reputation as an industry leader is well-recognised by both students and institutions. We are the official and leading representative of all Group of Eight (Go8) universities along with over 500 other leading Australian educational institutions.

Our Sydney head office is looking for a full-time Chinese speaking Admissions Officer. This is a challenging and rewarding position with a primary responsibility of processing applications and enrolments for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process school applications and enrolments
  • Daily correspondence with overseas branch offices and agents
  • Case management and follow ups
  • Liaison and relationship building with institutions

The Successful Applicant will possess:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to multitasking with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • The ability to learn quickly with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • 2+ years administrative experience
