Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking an experienced production assistant to cover a 12-month maternity leave position for a large civil concrete manufacturer based in Laverton. To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills and willing to be the point of contact for all deliveries inwards and outwards from the site.

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking an experienced production assistant to cover a 12-month maternity leave position for a large civil concrete manufacturer based in Laverton. To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills and willing to be the point of contact for all deliveries inwards and outwards from the site.

**The role**:
Working as a production assistant/administrator role, you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Tasks involved are heavily reliant on accurate data entry and on-going communication between deliveries, couriers, and suppliers.

**Roles include**:

- Production assistant/administrator
- Knowledge of SAP preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products
- Managing deliveries both inwards and outwards from site
- Regular liaison with drivers, couriers, and suppliers
- Stocktake duties
- Monitoring site budget
- Data entry and forecasting reporting
