**About the opportunity**
We’re looking for a solutions-focused leader to join Health Infrastructure (HI) as our new Assurance Lead.

In this key role, you’ll oversee the operation of HI’s Assurance Framework and drive continuous improvement across one of Australia’s largest health infrastructure portfolios. The purpose of the Assurance Lead is to manage the effective operation and execution of HI’s Assurance Framework, support HI project team’s engagement with Infrastructure NSW’s (INSW), and manage HI’s knowledge sharing platforms (Project Toolkit and Consultant Library) to ensure they are current and fit-for-purpose.

This role is responsible for providing oversight across several critical assurance activities, including, overseeing ongoing project assurance through independent assurance reviews, periodic reporting on close out actions and recommendations, reporting on all assurance activities, processes and impact, analysis of trends and insights emerging from the Framework and the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.

This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.

**About you**
You’re a confident communicator and advisor with demonstrated experience in infrastructure planning and delivery, governance or assurance frameworks.

This role suits someone with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to manage HI’s assurance portfolio by providing oversight of all key requirements of both Health Infrastructure and INSW IIAF Assurance Frameworks.
