About the role:

You will oversee multiple small to complex projects, ensuring excellence in scope definition, timelines, quality assurance, financial control, and stakeholder engagement, while also managing a team of project staff and contractors. Additionally, you'll:

  • Lead the delivery of small to medium refurbishment and major plant replacement projects.
  • Manage all phases of project delivery: scope definition, cost planning and forecasting, scheduling, contractor engagement, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project team members, including mentoring, performance management, and resource planning.
  • Support strategic project planning, reporting, and communication initiatives.

  • Extensive experience in project or construction management, ideally in fit-out or refurbishment environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage direct reports, and drive project outcomes through effective people leadership.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.  Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
