**The Company**
This company is an Australian owned leader in the building industry. They manufacture and import a range of niche building products which are sold direct to customer and through a loyal reseller network. Their high-quality products have been used in the construction of some of Australia's most prominent homes & commercial buildings.

**The Vacancy**
Due to exponential business growth over the past few years, the company is now looking to add a Scheduler to the Sydney team. The role of Scheduler will have a diverse range of responsibilities and will deal with both internal and external stakeholders daily.
Typical duties will include:
- Scheduling - schedule install jobs for a small team around Sydney
- Procurement - submit orders into suppliers and manufacturing for procurement of inventory
- Inventory Management - ensure adequate inventory is on hand to ensure all jobs can be serviced within a desired timeframe
- Sales Coordination - assist sales team with developing and submitted quotes and relevant documentation
- Reporting - process reports to help inform management with accurate forecasting
This position will work daily from the Rydalmere office and is a standard Monday - Friday role.

**Criteria Required**
Ideally you will experience in some of the following areas:
- Scheduling technicians/ tradespeople out to projects
- Inventory management or procurement background
- High level of customer service
- Strong desire to work as part of a cohesive team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Efficient time management skills
