Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.

D4C is seeking a **Scheduler** to join our dynamic, diverse and high performing team in an exciting time of growth. We need your skills and expertise to help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion dollar program over the next 10 years to build, maintain and protect the future of our iconic water resources.

**Primary Purpose**

You will be responsible for preparing project schedules and plans covering the full project scope and all phases, as well as optimisation of schedules to ensure delivery of all projects and programs are meeting objectives, timelines and budgets.

This position will require you to liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned, including; Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Engineers, & Supervisors.**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and maintain Project schedules with consideration of standard scheduling requirements
- Establish project key milestones and identify critical path for the project and detail in the schedule
- Assist with review and endorsement of Subcontractor Schedules
- Prepare and monitor variance reports in respect of progress, time, costs and resources against plan; Earned Value reporting.
- Participation in Project reviews and provide timely feedback and support to key stakeholders to ensure quality and consistent level of performance is maintained
- Resource load and cost load the schedules.
- Preparing and analysing Extension of Time

**Essential**
- Recent work experience in a similar position
- Qualification in business, engineering or related field
- Knowledge of current Standards
- Systems experience; Primavera and MS Office
- Great technical/analytical skills
- Good communication skills and working in an integrated team environment
- Highly motivated, eager to learn and loyal
