- As part of this growing, collaborative and highly passionate Executive team, you have the opportunity to deliver high value support administration and manage up, so they can focus on delivering to their individual target audiences A varied and expansive role, you will have ultimate responsibility for the professional and confidential administration function working directly for the CEO. Your position will streamline his diary, travel itineraries, conference and meetings attendance, you will maintain management of daily priorities communicated within the Executive team. Key focus will be to ensure he is where he is supposed to be on time, with a proposal to present and with supporting reports behind it.so your experience and knowledge of organizing a busy Executive is as imperative. With your sustained coordinating techniques, you’ll juggle the expectations of the internal and external team members who want time with the CEO, whilst bringing the technical ability to produce relevant social media postings across all platforms at the press of a button. You’ll have the opportunity to support the Chief of Staff with confidential matters around internal HR and office management together with managing the day to day demands of a CEO who is everywhere.

- You will be an afternoon person and able to commit to working from mid afternoon into the evening with some flexibility. Your excellent communication skills, your engaging interpersonal style and rapport building expertise, will see you liaising with clinical professionals and medical experts in their field, as well as your organized, efficient and productive but flexible approach will lead you to an exciting opportunity with broad scope to develop yourself and your expertise. Going out of your way for the greater cause enabling true patient care, your strength and diplomacy will contribute to your success in this role and make you the go to person.
