Elite Football Coach

Prodigy Football is seeking a full time elite football coach to join our fast growing and dynamic team.

Selected candidates will be joining a team of passionate and highly experienced specialists that are the leaders in both elite private coaching and grassroots partnership programs within Sydney.

The role requires previous playing experience at a professional or elite level that will allow them to deliver the following outcomes and objectives:

Elite Technical Training

• Provide high level technical training both in a 1:1 and small group capacity to elite level players on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to form strong relationships with both players and parents.
• Capable of demonstrating and executing technical breakdowns of exercises to a professional level.
• Ability to mentor, relate and guide elite level players in their pursuit of reaching their footballing goals.

Grassroots Partnership Program

• Assist in delivering community programs and team based sessions with partner clubs.
• Construct and implement training plans and session modules inline with the Prodigy philosophy.
• Oversee game day commitments and competition coaching.

Experience & Qualifications

• Elite level playing experience is essential - candidates who don't meet this requirement will not be considered for the role.
• Previous coaching experience is essential.
• Coaching qualifications/badges are preferred or willingness to obtain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
