**We are looking for someone who can**:

- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage the entire sales cycle: Finding & Securing Clients
- Call & manage ongoing and new customers
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Have an understanding and passion for the products being sold
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as a Business Development Manager or similar
- Experience in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Experience with MailChimp or similar sites
- Whilst not necessary it would be helpful to have some basic Adobe Knowledge

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine, VIC 3020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sunshine, VIC 3020
