**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Qualified Diesel Fitter / Electrical Fitter to perform the role of Leading Hand - PDI Mining. The successful incumbent will lead a team of Fitters in the assembly of Komatsu Electric Drive Haul Trucks. This position is the focal point in ensuring that the efforts of all other supporting departments (Electricians, Boiler Makers and Painters) unite to ensure that PDI achieves DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time).

**Roster**:Monday - Friday

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Australian recognised and relevant trade certificate (Electrical Fitter or Diesel Fitter)
- Extensive experience in the assembly of Electric Drive Haul Trucks
- Capable and competent in leading, supervising & mentoring a team
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Understanding of quality and test procedures.
- Current unrestricted QLD Drivers Licence (HR Licence preferred)
