**The Role**:
Reporting to our Industry Engagement Manager, this
**Field Support Analyst **role will be responsible for providing analytical, administrative, co-ordination and reporting support to CoINVEST’s Industry Engagement Team, enabling the successful delivery of scheme compliance and awareness to the Victorian Construction Industry.

Our Industry Engagement team is responsible for promoting and supporting scheme compliance both within CoINVEST and in support of effective engagement of the greater Victorian Construction Industry. This role also effectively supports our team of Field Officers by improving targeted engagement in relation to Portable Long Service Leave scheme awareness and compliance.

**This opportunity is a Permanent, Full-Time role working Hybrid from CoINVESTs East Melbourne Office and remotely.**

**Our Field Support Analyst role requires an individual who can**:

- Conduct ongoing analysis of member and industry data to deliver valuable insights.
- Provide effective and proactive co-ordination, data processing and administrative support for key stakeholders including Filed Officers.
- Assist the Industry Engagement Team in managing and delivering critical business initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the identification of system and process requirements, process gap analysis and solution design.
- Develop, deliver and maintain effective operational and business performance reporting.
