**Our client (local council) is seeking a Application Support Analyst Service for Now System administration, and HR portfolio - level 2 & 3
The Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide ‘Level 2 & 3’ ICT support to users of the Council’s system including; configuration, enhancements, maintenance and responding to customer and project requests to support business operations for Cultural Capability business systems and ITSM Service Now.
- Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and projects including; upgrades, new solutions, configuration changes and document processes.
- Collaborate with Process Analysts, Technical Analysts and other specialists in the Digital and Technology Services team to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Demonstrate technical knowledge and skills in modern programming languages and SQL with the ability to write codes and manipulate databases.
- Bachelor’s degree (or relevant tertiary degree) in a Computer or Information Science field. Certifications (e.g. ITIL) are viewed favourably.
