Our client is a leading player in the waste management industry, dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the PMO, responsible for providing accurate and data-based insights.

**How Your Success Will Be Measured**:

- Collaborating with various departments to gather financial data, analyse trends, and interpret results.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgetary and forecasting reports.
- Conducting cost analysis and identifying areas for potential cost reduction or efficiency improvement.
- Monitoring financial performance and presenting regular reports to the management team.
- Identifying patterns and trends in data to recommend appropriate actions
- Orchestrating and supervising the procurement process, including the creation and meticulous monitoring of purchase orders to ensure precision, adherence to regulations, and prompt execution.
- Undertaking ownership of invoice processing, verifying billing accuracy, and collaborating with vendors to resolve any inconsistencies.
- Creating comprehensive weekly management reports that supply insights into financial performance, outlays, and trends.
- Provide knowledgeable counsel on financial outlay for programs, scrutinising discrepancies, and providing actionable insights to both the Project Management Office (PMO) and Release Leads to underpin decision-making.

**Skills That Make You Stand Out**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, and data interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for translating complex data into understandable insights.
