As a key member of the Global People team, you will build, develop and execute the talent development strategy to meet the evolving business needs across Iress globally. Working collaboratively with peers in the broader People team and across all facets of the business, your primary focus will be on the strategic direction of both talent acquisition and the employer brand.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:- Effective implementation of the strategy globally whilst ensuring consistent practices are used across the regions.- Identifying and implementing new channels to market to enhance strategic capability across Iress- Contributing to, and driving the diversity strategy, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline that supports business objectives.- Leading the internal Talent Acquisition team to integrate talent profiles into sourcing activities, ensuring integrity of new hires and providing advice on best practice talent acquisition processes and procedures.- Identifying and mitigating competitor advantage and market trends through appropriate initiatives- Continuously reviewing and improving talent acquisition processes and procedures for optimal efficiency leading to an ever improved user experience for all stakeholders..- Ensuring proactive reporting and MI is provided to inform business decisions and enable resource planning.

What you will bring:
- A strong track record in talent acquisition, including experience of leading and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies- Understands the importance of, and applies effort to, connecting and joining up across people levers, such as performance, reward, development, D&I to enable high levels of engagement and motivation- Ability to deliver in a ‘transition’ and multi-location/country environment and manage in high levels of ambiguity- Previous management experience of leading a Globally diverse team, across multiple time zones, whilst maintaining a high touch approach with a hands on leadership style.- Results and outcomes focussed with a proven track record in achieving and delivering demonstrable talent acquisition improvement results- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of strategic talent acquisition principles and methodologies.- Ability to inspire, coach and mentor others to achieve results in a highly dynamic environment

To be successful in this role

You will be an experienced Talent professional with an established track record of success. The foundations of your success have been built on your strong personal integrity, high emotional intelligence, infectious energy and ability to be a positive change agent who can influence and lead from the front. You’ll have strong commercial acumen and business reasoning skills, excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build and cultivate credible and strategic relationships with priority stakeholders. You’ll be an effective project & change manager with excellent all round communication skills, able to build consensus and use influence to deliver against your accountabilities.
