**Description**:
About the role

Envirolab Group currently has a fantastic opportunity available for a driven and results-focused accounting professional to join our dynamic Finance Team to contribute to our processes and success in multiple areas and locations. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation who cares for the well-being of its staff while you support a high-performing team.

As the Accounting All-Rounder, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting functions including banking, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, month-end reporting, and other accounting tasks as required. You will be working in a close-knit team towards a common goal, supporting and providing great services to the business.

**The key responsibilities include**:
Comprehensive end-to-end accounting processing and reporting for Business units.
Daily management of banking, cash receipts, and payment allocations.
Manage and oversee Accounts Payable via a paperless system, including the bank validation process for suppliers.
Preparation and production of EOM financial reports.
Perform regular Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Provide support to other members of the finance team.
Promptly addressing customer inquiries and facilitating credit card payments.
Preparation and reconciliation of BAS/GST lodgements.
Monthly Payroll Tax Lodgement and Yearly Reconciliation.
Manage worker's compensation insurance renewal process for BUs.
Liaise with accounting firms/auditors, tax authorities, and other external partners as needed.
Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and financial analysis.
Assist in the implementation of new financial ERP systems.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

TAFE Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the accounting or finance domain.
Proven proficiency in the use of Financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of accounting principles and accounting standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Aptitude to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
