We have **two full-time Kitchen Supervisor roles** available in Sydney — one at our **Rosebery**production venue, and one at our **CBD** venue.

The roles share core responsibilities such as supervising teams, maintaining product quality, and ensuring smooth BOH operations. The differences lie in scope: the Rosebery role helps oversee operational duties across a larger production environment, whilst the CBD role has a stronger emphasis on supervising the fast-paced baking and garnishing for a busy CBD store.

**What the roles involve**:
Responsibilities range from:

- Overseeing daily BOH operations to meet production schedules and maintain product quality
- Training, coaching, and mentoring team members to uphold Lune standards
- Coordinating with management on rostering, stock and workflow organisation
- Driving efficiency, consistency, and a positive, engaged team culture
- Contributing hands-on to pastry production — with lamination and baking skills highly regarded

- Are detail-oriented, efficient, and calm under pressure
