The Fresh Collective are looking for dedicated Kitchen Stewards to support the kitchen brigade at one of our venues - The Theatre Bar at the End of the Wharf which is part of Sydney Theatre Company - 15 Hickson Road, Walsh Bay. The venue is a 15-minute walk from Circular Quay or Wynyard train stations.

We are offering 20 hours per week with a mix of day and evening shifts, Monday to Saturday.

**The Role**

The Kitchen Steward is responsible to perform basic kitchen duties as requested by the Head Chef, including:

- General washing up
- Basic food preparation
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Cleaning of kitchen surrounds
- Deep cleaning

- Hourly rate : Mon - Fri at $30.10 / Sat at $36.12 / Sun at $42.14 / Public Holidays; $60.20

**About You**
- Available to work shift hours: Day 11am - 4pm / Evening 5pm - 11pm.
- Prior experience of 6 months in a similar role, with knowledge of food hygiene
- A responsible person who shows initiative
- An eye for detail
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable - able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Good communication skills
- In possession of a valid working visa, with availability to meet the required shifts. (Student visa's accepted)
