The Role

Fabbrica CBD is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in the heart of Sydney.

About the Role

As the Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of culinary professionals while contributing to our ongoing success. We are looking for chefs with experience in management.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations:

  • Opening and closing the kitchen
  • Managing rosters
  • Inventory Management
  • Quality Control

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid working rights in Australia. Must be available to work weekends.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in a similar environment.
  • Good communication skills, with a solid sense of initiative and ability to manage your tasks and your time.
