**Your new company**
This agency is at the forefront of providing highly level intelligence-based advice, analysis and assessments to the Prime Minister and other members of the national security committee of cabinet.

The workforce branch is looking for an innovative and forward-thinking APS6/5 Recruitment Advisor who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding for employees across all levels of the agency. They are looking for an experienced, reliable, and responsible individuals who have strong relationship-building skills and APS experience.

**Your new role**
As the Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for working with business areas to understand their sourcing needs and appropriately guide them through the recruitment process including onboarding. In addition to this, you will
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees, including preparation of relevant employment paperwork and providing support with their transition
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including advice on contemporary and best practice recruitment solutions and job building in eRecruit and advertising platforms
- Ad hoc support across different HR related projects

**What you'll need to succeed**

Clearances will be required for these positions ranging from the Baseline to TSPV level, dependent on the particular team.
