What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking Operations Process Coordinators to join the team located in Acacia Ridge QLD. As a part of these roles, you will be responsible for processing driver run sheets, uploading POD’s and utilising SharePoint amongst other administrative tasks. We currently have part time job share opportunities available on day shift for suitable applicants. Key areas:

- Processing driver run sheets/invoices and subcontractor payments.
- Communicating with drivers/other teams to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, POD’s and compliance.
- Providing administrative support to our Operations/Admin/Support teams on a daily basis

- Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.
- Previous knowledge within the transport industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe and effective service
- Strong work ethic with a passion for the industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience using Blue Yonder, SAP & MS Excel will be highly regarded.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures.
