Project Coordinator
to support their high-performing team with the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).

About The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll provide hands-on support across all phases of the project lifecycle, helping ensure tasks are on track, stakeholders are engaged, and deadlines are met. This is a dynamic role where you'll be working closely with both internal teams and external vendors, contributing directly to the success of a major transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager and project team with planning, scheduling, and reporting
  • Track progress against project milestones and coordinate updates for stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation of project documentation, presentations, and training materials
  • Organise meetings, workshops, and travel logistics where required
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure effective communication
  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate where appropriate

About You

We're Looking For Someone With

  • Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or support (exposure to IT, logistics, or WMS projects advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally as part of the project rollout
