**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Customer Success Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to manage the fulfillment of customer orders by scheduling and coordinating the required logistics and technical services, both the ordering processes by customers and managing all return transactions.

This role consists of dealing with customers to resolve issues and discuss our services, understanding business processes and tools we use to measure customer satisfaction, understanding the internal workings of the business and the processes that go into generating orders, sales and delivery.
- Strong customer service mindset to go the extra mile to delight our customers by showing sound planning, commitment to meet agreed timelines, proactive resolution of incidents, the management of scheduling changes, and communication of problems in a professional manner.
- Perform daily order fulfillment tasks including, working with Product Experts and Customers to obtain all the relevant information to deliver the order successfully meeting the customers expectations.
- Liaise between Winning Group and supply partners regarding product deliveries & orders.
- Provide quality customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of available range of products, setting timeframes and keeping customers informed throughout each stage of the ordering process.
- Develop a general knowledge of the Winning Group’s business, its processes, and all supplier brands to ensure customers are provided with an excellent understanding of order processes.
- Ensure all records are kept up to date with clear, concise communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administration based role.
- Knowledge of white goods and understanding of plumbing products highly desired.
- High level customer service skills, with passion to deliver a world class shopping experience.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- A team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High computer literacy with experience using MS Office and G-Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills.
